A familiar Serperior, Slethy, doing some cooking and trying out a recipee in a cookbook with somewhat novel writing, just for the fun of it, and it is going to be delicious, no doubt~ Warning: Booping the chef may result in scrunching of snoot and/or dispensing of bleps.
