As more and more mortals form other planes came into Mylk, the need for materials grew for them to settle into their new home. Sadly Metal was in short supply as it is quite alien to Mylk, and the only samples being the ones that displaced travelers had with them when pulled into the relm, or pulled in from another plane at random. Fortunately creative crafters, blacksmiths, and artificers from planes such as Eberron and Ravnica were able to make use of a unique material in Mylk known as "Plas-tic" This strange resin like substance can forged at lower temperatures, molded like clay, and harden to a level similar to steel. It was this discovery, and Rattle's interest in the "Warforged" of Eberron, that the idea of the Kit-Bashed came to be. Similar to Warforged, Kit-bashed are manufactured, not born, but like the other Toykin they are not mere constructs. Often they are made to serve as guardians and protectors of Mylk's denizens and are often employed as guards or soldiers if the need should arise. They come in many different styles and can even be customized by their builders or themselves if they desire it. Because of their nature, they tend to share the alignment of those who make them, otherwise they tend to drift towards Netural alignments. They are especially popular in the Mochi Continent...
