Physical description: 5'8", 148 lbs. Has both a feral and anthro form. In both forms, the top 'fin' on his head is actually a fin with a sturdy cylindrical section in front and a thinner section in back that only curves slightly as it travels down the back of his head. The twin tails are crescent-shaped, facing out from the tail stem, with a smaller crescent with longer pointed ends stacked on the first crescent's end, each tail taking the appearance of a small fish. Wears a necklace with a Sharpedo's tooth hooked on it. Green eyes. The lighter blue on his body is the same as a regular Azelf's, but the darker blue accents on his head have red gradient tints at the tips of his 'fins', including the top one.
In anthro form, he has a thin, slightly muscular build, and often dons green-rimmed black sunglasses when at the beach. Wears long dark blue swimming trunks, with several cuts around the bottom of the trunks and several healed scars on his legs. His personal surfboard is red with a yellow stripe down the vertical middle, with a blue emboldened letter V in the center on both the underside and top.
Personality: Adventurous in his outlook in life. Rebellious, Tyler embodies all that free will has to offer. He doesn't see himself bound to any one place, and thus goes wherever his heart takes him - or wherever the waves crash. Though his calling to be a lifeguard is a bit of a stressful one, Tyler takes it one day at a time. He sees every day as unique from the rest, seeing all situations from the perspective of someone who has nothing to lose, or to fill the holes in his life he doesn't know he's gone without. Despite all this, he can be often found kicking back watching the surf, a little more than enamored by the sight; the sounds of the ocean also seem to soothe him.
