It is the birthday of Deepak! (Dont ask me why only he has birthday in his family)
Dizzy and DeeDee each wanted to surprise Deepak for being such a good brother to them. But they didn't plan it together.
So they each brought Deepak their own self-made birthday hats to Deepak at the same time; saying "Happy Birthday Deepak!"
They both place their hat on Deepaks head before realizing that the other one is literally doing the exact thing at the same time.
They laugh at it.
Dizzy and DeeDee are just one head and one soul :3
They look at Deepak and laugh even harder, because he now resembles a cat, with the pointy hats on his head.
Deepak looks up and admires his new “cat ears”
He then proceeds to look towards his sisters, and thanks them for their amazing birthday gifts.
