2 versions because I got carried away with the background - which I wasn’t even supposed to do :’D Leo’s anatomy / shell / it’s position is not right but it was hard to draw. He is either climbing on Raph or off with very weird way, ahah!
Also, 3 months to my birthday! Holy *PEEP* that time has gone by SO FAST!! :O

I never watched this show. Is this Raph self-conscious about his size and spikey appearance? Alligator Snapping Turtles are more dinosaur that modern-day Testudines. Maybe Leo showing this level of comfort and familiarity helps Raph feel at ease with himself?

Well, I'm not 100% sure but Raphael seems to be very okay about his size and shell + spikes and so are his brothers. There are many times when one of them, or all, are on him, ahah! They seem to love to climb on Raphael because of their size differences and Raphael doesn't mind one bit :3 I recommend Rise to you, both the series and movie! Movie especially was amazing and more effort has been put into it than in the show. Show is wonderfully done as well but it starts VERY SLOW. It takes some episodes before the show "starts" and becomes good.

I haven't notice anything like that in Rise. To me there's still A team (R and L) and B team (D and M) but what Rise did a lot, and super well in my opinion, is that they made boys be a team. Probably best team as a whole in my opinion :) Of course there are moments when there's team R and D and team L and M but it's not the main teams, in my eyes. Overall, I really like boys and how close they are, how they work together but most of all: how HEALTHY their relationship is with each other! Probably the best and healthiest bonds in tmnt history (again, in my opinion).

Thank you! I think Leo likes to keep one of Raphael's spikes between his toes. Maybe for support or something? That expression can also be either truly loving or there's something little "evil" behind them :'D Who knows what Leo wants from Raphael this time! :D

Yes, I keep them open for now :3 Tho there's some other arts before your wish so it may take a while. Also, do you mean to see turtle(s) as a female turtle or as a human version? If human version, then sorry but no. I don't draw turtles as humans. If female turtle, I can give it a try! Tho I must warn you, I am familiar with only Leo and Raph in their 2014 looks. Mikey and Donnie... nope :'D
