Beautiful in appearance and wardrobe, Nomena was once part of a secret fellowship that claimed to hold the key to near-immortality: a potion that could only be used nine times (per feline tradition) throughout a single given lifespan, thus enabling Nomena to witness nearly all of Malagasy history. Her first rendezvous with Sam, then aged 8½, forms the basis for the tentative sixth and final book in the Unspooled series.
Nomena "regenerates" every 60-90 years thanks to a magic potion; in her current ninth and final form (begun on August 8, 1981), she is the girlfriend of raccoon cousins Sam and Alfred.
From Chilean artist "Jaaaaji", back on 13/7/2022. From the original chat conversation, July 9:
R: "Now that I've woken up (this afternoon)...time for a multiple-choice offer. "...Um, make that a single-character offer: With my raccoon mascot Sam already dealt with, I'm taking a chance on Nomena. (Nomena is a Malagasy-bred mouse hybrid, and girlfriend to Sam and his cousin Alfred. All three are from my forthcoming 'Unspooled' book series.)" J:"you want me to draw your character Nomena?" R: "Yep." J:"oki! do you have references?" R: "More like influences. "1) Nomena's own design is influenced by 'Easy, Larxene', a long-circulating 'Kingdom Hearts' fan work by 'Nyaasu'. (Black fur and purple eyes with pink ears/nose/tail/hands/feet and...other certain pink attributes I can't discuss even in public.) "2) Although she really isn't one, Nomena also sports a maid outfit similar to that of Kakudate Karin from 'Blue Archive'. (QFW example by 'BIYA' follows below.)" J:"okii! i'll do my best"

In a matter of hours, another portrait of Nomena--and from here, it's about to get kinkier and kinkier to the point where our first pool, "Feechie", has to suffice--and you'll know why once we get there.
