Ulu on a Journey of going through all my characters to find the "weird" ones that might be like Puppy. So there are some Characters of mine that are def weird, but I think Hallow now. Blizzard was the first OC I ever made, and was also really different from other characters i drew. For one, I only drew dragons, so Blizzard was extremely left field. He was also a "conversational" character. Even more so when another "conversational character" appeared a year later (Snowflake). It was also a character that I could feel their wings sometimes. I remember how he should sound, too.
I was GOING to write that I don't think Blizzard is here anymore, but then realized that when i initially thought he mightn't be I've drawn him with kindling in a very important vent piece for seemingly no reason relatively "recently". (Which if my assumptions are right, Kindling is actually "Snowflake" in some way who was friends with Blizzard). So he Might be still around? Though he also might not. I'll probably just have to wait and see.
Personality: He had a very leader-like role. A hero-type, but an intimidating look. His voice is soft and warm. There was a lot of confidence, but a little loneliness.
