Incident A report: At around 10:00 hours, the local school needed to be evacuated when an anomaly was detected within. Upon arrival, response teams encountered a creature, "Made of rainbow colored slime of unknown substance, with a diaper suspended inside". It proceed to approach the crew, and upon making contact with one of its members, began engulfing them, as it did so, the team member "Delta" began to shrink along with the slime. Once the process had finished, Delta had no idea who he was or where, further he lost all manner of communication skills, and was the size of a newborn cub. The slime seemed to have gone inside the diaper and has yet to emerge. Testing has show that he has fully mentally regressed to the state of a newborn. Testing is ongoing to determine the long term effects of this creature.
Incident B: The slime has escaped. Delta was found still fully regressed in his room. Attempts to recapture are ongoing.
Incident C: Slime has been confirmed to have evolved further after targeting a subject from Universe 297; Bear World. Upon atemptting to regress a local Teddy, but finding itself unable to affect its host, survey team thought the threat of the slime could be contained by exposure to a creature already regressed. What transpired is recounted by a written report by the only unaffected member who quit the second the pen touched the table. Upon interaction with the Teddy, the slime mutated again, the diaper contained within melting away as if digested. The slime then started to restructure its form, developing a womanly figure, breasts, and lips. The slime then turned on its 'victim', proceeding to baby them as they appeared to be. Once the victim fell asleep, the slime suddenly resumed hunting behavior, and fell upon Agent Roberts; within seconds of absorbing Roberts, his eyes started to swirl with the slime's colors, his fur and flesh becoming faux and stuffing, his body warped into a female Teddy rabbit. His, or now her, equipment thankfully was the only thing leaving her stark naked save a diaper that the slime made of its own mass that turned to fabric. The rest of the team fled, and once Roberts fell asleep, the slime moved on.
Chain of command interviewed Agent Roberts, only to speak with a much dumber 'bimbo' class individual who called herself Rosa. It seems the slime, in its evolution, now turns victims into female Teddies now classed as 'Blushies' and mothers them a while before seeking new prey. High Command has reinforced total avoidance of the creature for the time being until proper containment methods are possible, to keep very young subjects (Mental, emotional or physical) as far away from it as it becomes violent and aggressive if denied ability to coddle and act like the subject's biological Mommy (Lab has dubbed this state the 'Mother Bear' impulse; likely due to the fact the Teddies were created with such immense love they rival a Care Bear), and to ensure it can, by no means, get OUT of Bear World. Top Brass wants to know who let it get in, they want a very strong and loud word with those responsible.
Ensure slime's movement is monitored at all times and ensure all non-residents are move from its path 48 hours in advance.
