Uchiwa is a 'older' model than Syrus' staring bot girl, making her something of a mommy to 'newer' models. She was also built by Samantha to serve her plans for world conquest; granted, she felt bad that now that she was on good terms with her sibling, was now Syrus' big sister, and have a more peaceful and loving life, it wasn't fair to the robot dingo she built to brainwash and enslave babies she regressed. So she asked Rochelle to remodel her body, and Berry to rebuild her programing. Named after the feathered fan used by the Japanese God of Wind Fujin's fan, Uchiwa is still doing what she was designed; except to serve Samantha personally as a 'mommy bot'. Hidden in her tails and apron are everything she needs to quiet fussy baby into a passive trance, ready to obey her. Of course, Samantha isn't allowed to remember even she can be put into trances by her sneaky kitsune bot...
