It was said it couldn’t be done. It was said it could hardly ever happen. However, it has. Naruto Uzumaki, Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, has now been inundated with the ever illustrious and illusive free-time.
The stacks of paper that get slammed on his desk often as his reward for essentially being the mayor of his village had loosened up. The Shadow Clone jutsu was technically born out of necessity for something like this. Truthfully, he should have figured out that he could do something like that years ago considering he knows other versions of himself retain the same information he knows. Not to mention, using the technique takes up a negligible amount of energy considering how strong he is.
It was a bit embarrassing to think about and probably something any of his loved ones would have chastised him over if he ever was open about his manner of handling this stuff to any of them. They didn’t need to know though. Right now, they just needed to wait because despite having free time now he wasn’t going to utilize it to spend more time with his family but ensure that the confines of the village were in check.
For this particular situation, it meant being in charge of a daycare center.
“I’m sorry, you want me to what?” Naruto looked up at Shikamaru from his desk, almost astonished by how brazen he was to waltz in here and ask something of him like that so nonchalantly. On the surface it sounded stupid but it could technically be considered a very important service to provide. Lord knows when he was young he could have made use of a daycare service.
Shikamaru didn’t miss a beat here. His response was swift and professional, as though what he was asking of the Hokage was a mere footnote in what it was he needed to do on the daily.
“Yes, the teachers there have resigned due to the overabundance of naughty children there,” Shikamaru explains, fiddling with a clipboard but not really looking it over. “We’ll be able to find replacements soon but a steady and swift hand in the meantime so that this problem doesn’t happen again sounds reasonable. What better show of authority could they get then from the Hokage himself?”
Naruto was still processing the request though. “Are you certain there’s no one else who fits that bill that could do it?”
“You are the literal highest authority in the land,” Shikamaru said, as if reminding him of something he forgot.
Naruto made a disgruntled face, staring straight ahead and not looking at Shikamaru’s face. He couldn’t exactly argue against that. It sounded like it made perfect sense and with him absolved of any real duty at the moment he had no excuse not to at least give it a shot.
With a sigh, Naruto stood up. “Oh alright. I don’t know how good it’ll do though. Experience with kids is something I feel I may be lacking in a bit.”
“Don’t you have two children?” Shikamaru raised a brow.
Naruto didn’t answer that and walked past him. “Just tell me where to go and I’m there.”
It was a fairly quick jaunt over towards where he needed to be and the haste he made gave him the air of someone who was trying to actively get things over with quickly. Naruto reluctantly agreed to do this but truth be told he thought that somehow, someway, he had more important things to do. He was the Hokage of the village and a super important adult. The most important adult, actually. Shikamaru even said so.
When Naruto entered the daycare and scanned it with his eyes he was almost mesmerized by how deceptively colorful it all was. The walls were a nice baby blue-green and there were a lot of scattered toys and stuffed animals amidst the baby paraphernalia like cribs, playpens, and diapers of all sizes here. Everything a small toddler could need.
That said, the issue was said to have been the slightly older ones. The ones that range from 5 years to maybe 7 if they need a place to hang out after school while waiting for their parents to pick them up. It seemed like those kids would have been the easiest to spot doing bad stuff but no. Everyone seemed relatively fine here. Although, one kid in particular stood out from the crowd as he was currently sitting on the floor, by himself with his head in his hands, looking bored to an impressive degree.
Naruto walked on over to the small child and looked down at him, not bending down to get on his level. He preferred it when they looked up at him because it was cuter that way.
The small boy had no choice and when he did his eyes widened with surprise at what he saw.
“The Ho–?!” The boy trailed off as Naruto cut in.
“Hello,” Naruto grinned. “It’s me, Naruto Uzumaki. Yes, I am the Hokage and I’ll also be your new caretaker for the time being.” He said this with a small snort while looking down at the boy. His gaze shifted about the room to see the other children murmuring with astonishment and a bit of delight at this. If they were rowdy and disrespectful, the thought to be so in his presence was clearly not befalling the lot of them.
Well, the exception was the boy below him though. Naruto raised a brow when he noticed the small child’s muted reaction following the initial shock of seeing him. The look on his face was decidedly unimpressed.
This kid’s name was Austin. He was a blond boy with blue eyes. He was currently wearing a sleeveless, light blue polo shirt and light brown shorts. He was also the youngest of the kids in here at age 5. The only ones below him were literal babies and that made him a target for intense bullying. Especially since he could tell by looking at his shorts that he was wearing poofy diapers underneath them.
“What’s your name?” Naruto asked the boy below him.
“...Austin,” He responded, voice rather monotone.
“Well, Austin, don’t look so sour,” Naruto said, not meaning it as an order but his voice making it sort of come off that way. “With me here everything will run smooth as butter. I’ll make sure you kids have a good time and are well-behaved on top of that. Trust me. Those two things can go together rather well.”
“Like oil and water,” Austin responded.
“Yes, like–well, no… uhm… I don’t think those two things go well together,” Naruto stammered a bit. He sounded unsure, which was funny to the small boy.
“You don’t know? Well, I guess being the Hokage doesn’t have-ta mean you gots to be a smartie pants…” Austin said, his childish voice coated with a verbal thrashing that actually made Naruto flinch a bit. The boy just talked smack to him.
The boy Austin was the youngest and smallest of the kids here but there was a reason he was also sitting here alone with the others choosing to stay away from him. He was the most intimidating boy here. He scared the older ones around him who didn’t even wear diapers.
The reason for this was because Austin has two abilities that manifested for him at a young age; his Kekkei Genkai if you will. The first ability he developed was to steal other people’s strength and power. The other one was the added on effect of convincing others that the power was his.
It was a show of perception and that perception becoming real. He would say things with such conviction that instead of them being dismissed as the ramblings of a kid, they’d be seen as the absolute truth.
An early example of this came immediately after this power manifested. His bullies always used to make fun of his urinary incontinence. They took advantage of his lack of strength to give him wedgies.
When he got his power, things turned around. His revenge came swift and true. He first made them pee themselves in front of the whole class. He then stole their strength from them and hung them by their underwear on the rack of clothing hooks where jackets would normally go.
In order to change the reality of a situation, one must convince the opposition they face of that reality and Austin’s words tended to do that quite well. As such, Naruto, for a split second, did genuinely believe himself to be stupid for not knowing that basic fact about water and oil, despite him saying he was pretty sure they didn’t mix in the first place.
The befuddled look on Naruto’s face amused him. Naruto cleared his throat and continued.
“L-Look, it’s fine. It doesn’t matter. I’m–” Naruto began but was interrupted once more.
“Why are you talking to me about stuff that don’t matter? That’s not very nice of the Hokage. Aren’t we as kids needin’ to learn stuffs that matters?” Austin asked, leering at him.
Naruto stumbled over his words again. “I’m–you know what? Fine. You’re right. I’m sorry. Listen, we’re–”
“I don’t wanna accept your apology,” Austin said. “You didn’t sound like you meant it.”
Naruto clenched his fist and grumbled a little. This kid was really getting to him and their conversation had basically only just started. Austin adored the frustration evident on his face though. He really ate it up.
If it wasn’t obvious already, Austin had no respect for this man standing before him. He could call himself the Hokage. He could call himself an adult. He could call himself a very important person. He could call himself the Fairy Frog Princess for all he cared. It didn’t matter.
He and his 10 year old brother Timmy were abandoned by their biological parents when Austin was born. They lived with a foster family that loved them very much, so he was in a happy living situation. However, his manner of finding out the truth from his brother was a bit of an accident. He didn’t blame his brother. He blamed the adults that saw fit to abandon what they brought into the world and then tried to hide their mistakes on top of that. There were very basic concepts that he understood. Being of a certain age means nothing and he was instantly disrespectful of adults who thought they were super important because of some title. Even more so of ones that used their title as an excuse to ignore the children in their lives when there were extremely easy and simple ways to keep that from happening.
He also liked to attract attention and being in the middle of making the so-called Hokage flounder was drawing all the eyes in the daycare on the two of them.
Naruto was stumbling over his words to try and find a sentence that Austin wouldn’t twist into something to be made fun of, desperate to remain looking important and in charge. It was pathetic and it made Austin giggle.
Naruto snapped when he heard it. “Hey! Don’t laugh at me, alright. I’m not just an adult, I’m THE Hokage. You will show me respect, got that?”
“Isn’t there like seven?” Austin asked, grinning back at him. The grin he had on his face felt like a kunai to the jugular to Naruto. In that instant, his face flared up a bright red both from embarrassment and anger.
He reached down and yanked Austin up by the back of his shirt collar, surprising the small boy and making his eyes widen with genuine surprise. He didn’t expect the Hokage to be so brittle and childish that he’d take immediate disciplinary action from a few talk backs but here it was.
Uh-oh.
Austin felt the wind get taken out of his sails when Naruto stomped over towards a chair and plopped himself down onto it. He then splayed Austin down over his lap, making him grunt and peer ahead, blinking once with extreme astonishment. This wasn’t actually happening wasn’t it?
“I’m well aware of the behavior of the kids in this class,” Naruto said. “I was sent here to not only watch over you but to put a stop to it. So, I might as well skip the formalities of dealing with your nonsense and set the ground rules with a spanking right off that bat. It seems that’s what you wanted, right?”
It sounded like a plausible excuse but Austin could hear the truth in his voice. Naruto was doing this to him because he’d been successfully embarrassed. Before Austin could belt out a word of protest, he felt the sting of Naruto’s hand slapping his bottom before the rest of the surprised and still tense kids.
“OW! AAAGH!” Austin whined and squirmed a bit, flailing his arms and legs about as Naruto held him down and swatted his behind. He even lowered his pants a bit to get a clear view of the diaper. Thankfully, he wasn’t so spiteful that he lowered that to make it bare bottom but exposing his diaper generated enough embarrassment from Austin’s end that it caused him to blush and feel worse about the situation regardless.
“Now are you going to pay attention and do as the adult in this situation says?” Naruto asked, slapping his behind over and over.
Austin grit his teeth and clenched his fists. Naruto was strong so the smacks definitely still hurt as they went into the fluffy padding of his diaper.
Despite that though, he didn’t offer a word of acknowledgement towards what Naruto said. In fact, he was allowing this to continue. Naruto doing this to him had sealed his fate and he didn’t even know it yet. This is what happens when you react out of pure emotion. You let your guard down around an enemy you’ve underestimated.
Naruto stopped his spanking, finally and looked down on the slightly teary-eyed boy before asking, “Did you hear me?”
He heard him alright. He just confirmed what he already knew by doing this. This ninja system was boring and meant nothing. Especially if a guy like this could be made Hokage.
Austin wiggled his bottom up at Naruto and stuck out his tongue. “I’ve got ears. ‘Course I heard you. Dummy.”
Naruto snarled. “What is with you? Do you want me to spank you even harder than I just did?”
“Gotta spank me cause you can’t win an argument, huh? Shows how much of a dumb-dumb baby brain you are!” Austin snapped, crawling off of Naruto’s lap and yelping as he fumbled to the floor. He was really upset now. He wanted revenge faster than he was certain he’d be able to achieve it. Oh boy was he going to achieve it though.
Austin stumbles to his feet and walks away from Naruto as the Hokage sits in the chair and fumes to himself with his lips sucked in like a pouty baby. It made the onlookers who were momentarily being sucked in by Naruto’s display of authority back down and reconsider that. Naruto could probably sense that was happening due to the air in the room and the unimpressed looks on their faces.
He stood up with his clenched fists by his sides and then stomped before pointing downward. “Don’t walk away from me. Stand here, in front of me, as I command. Right now! Do it!”
Austin stopped walking and momentarily gave Naruto the sense that he was going to listen. However, he turned around and dug a finger into his ear with his eyes narrowed. He was unimpressed too.
“That was a weak baby stomp. You didn’t even make that loud of a sound. Try harder to throw a tantrum if your gunna do it at all. Baby.” Austin chided, making sure to not refer to Naruto by name. The kids grew even more impressed.
I mean, this was the Hokage he was back talking. Austin saw no value in titles or his standing as an “adult”. To him being an adult just meant you had more numbers to write next to the listing for your age on a profile or something. To these kids it probably meant a little more, which was pushing them towards his side even further. It was gratifying.
Naruto raised his fists, finding it unbelievable that his childish pouting and stomping didn’t do the trick there. He was still red in the face and murmuring through his teeth a bit which got Austin to smile more.
“Do not refer to me as a–!”
“Baby,” Austin pointed and said simply.
“Austin–!” Naruto began.
“Baby,” He said again.
“Stop–!” Naruto snapped.
“Make me, baby,” Austin leaned in, arms crossed and tongue out again.
“Do you want another spanking then?” Naruto put a hand to his chest. “Don’t test me. I’m–!”
“A baby,” Austin finished for him.
The rest of the class began to snicker. That was funny. Naruto’s eyes twitched and he found himself stomping his feet again. He did it a third time too which prompted more laughter from the kids around him. He looked at them all and began to shake.
“Listen! I’m not–!” Naruto tried to speak.
“You can’t say anything so you keep stomping the floor. You’re mad. You’re a mad whittle baby who can’t argue with me,” Austin waved his hands about, smirking.
“I can spank you!” Naruto shouted back.
“You’re weak though,” Austin said. “I already don’t feel the one you did to me earlier anymore and the more you stomp your feet the less impact it has. It sounds like a baby trying to walk across the carpet now.”
Naruto wanted to protest this but he couldn’t exactly argue against him because he was correct. For some reason he could feel the strength in his legs lightening up with each stomp he made. He felt cautious here now too. Something about the spanking he administered earlier felt off. Like his strength had been sapped somehow.
He kept threatening to spank Austin but wasn’t making a move to do it because he wasn’t sure if that was what caused it. However, because he wasn’t making a move to do it he was looking weak in front of these kids. That left him with the only option to retain his authority being someone who could win in a verbal argument with this kid and he just couldn’t!
The rest of the people in this room were slowly but surely becoming less and less convinced of the Hokage’s authority and more convinced of Austin’s control over the situation. If he could do something about this, surely he’d have done it by now.
“Y-You know how strong I am right? I could… use the rasen–!” Naruto stammered.
“He’s gonna use ninja moves on toddlers?!” Austin gasped. He was faking his surprise though. Of course Naruto would resort to trying to scare him next but he needed to put on a show for the other kids. “Wow! He must be a baby then. No adult would threaten kids with violence like that.”
“N-No! That’s… I’m just saying that–!” Naruto put his hand forward, sweating a bit.
“Guys!” Austin put a hand to his face and leaned over to the others. “He’s not actually our caretaker. He’s a baby. He’s worried I’ll beat him up so he wants to make himself look big and strong. No adult would ever try and use ninja moves on a toddler. That’s dumb.”
The other kids began muttering amongst themselves, contemplating this as a statistical fact. It made perfect sense. What kind of an adult couldn’t handle themselves in an argument with a toddler? What kind of an adult would resort to threats they couldn’t back up to make them fall in line?
Naruto heard the kids bring up these questions and was rummaging through proper responses and excuses in his head. He couldn’t think of any.
“No, that’s not it! I’m not… I just can’t think of a way for you to listen to me without–!” Naruto sounded pathetic suddenly.
“Without threatening to beat me up?” Austin asked. “Boo. You suck!” He pointed his thumb down. The other kids started to really kick up with the giggles now. They followed Austin’s lead and began booing him when urged to.
Naruto was fidgeting all over. The frustration he was feeling was showing in his scrunched up face. He rummaged his hands through his hair and tugged on it before letting out a sharp, loud whine.
“Enough! This is stupid!”
“YOU’RE stupid. Stop pretending to be an adult and get in a diaper, you dumb diaper baby,” Austin snapped. “Who cares if you’re big? You can’t come in here and pretend to be an adult and act like you want to take care of us just because you might be tall. What matters is what’s inside and right now you’re a little diaper baby.”
“What-?! That’s ridiculous! I am not–!” Naruto spoke up but heard his voice crack. He couldn’t believe it. The teasing had gotten to him. Austin was frustrating him to the point of actual tears here. Why was his will so weak now? Why did he sound so commanding and authoritative? He was the one in command. He was the authority. He was the adult!
“I am–!” Naruto began.
“The new baby in the class. Duh,” Austin said with his arms crossed, tapping his foot. “We want to welcome you as nice as we can but you can’t be all mean like that. You’re not the new caretaker. You’re a baby.”
“Wha–?!” Naruto slumps a bit. Wait, what? Why was he even contemplating this right now? This didn’t make sense. Besides, he was certain he came here to be the caretaker. If he was here because he was a new baby to the class then surely he’d be wearing a diaper or something, right?
Doubt was seeping into Naruto’s brain. He was struggling harder to find the correct words to respond with.
“I-I am the ca-caretaker. I was sent here because… uhm…!” Naruto winced. “I’m be the Hokage! I mean I am the Hokage!”
Austin looked at him like he was talking nonsense. “You’re daydreaming.”
Naruto looked around. He didn’t see anything that stood as proof that he was the Hokage. Wait, no. He did. He could resist the temptation to seriously consider this.
“Listen, look!” Naruto looked around, frantic and panicked. He grabbed at his cloak and held it up. “See! Only Hokages wear this! I’m the Hokage! I’m an adult!”
“Nah. Looks fake,” One kid said.
Austin smirked, delighted that the others were taking part in the joyful ribbing.
“Yeah,” Another kid said. “A real Hokage cloak wouldn’t be so tiny. It barely looks like it fits on you.”
Naruto looked at it all over again. He gulped a little. It did seem rather small.
Oh no. Did they see through him? They weren’t buying it anymore. He couldn’t use his tall body as a means of passing himself off like an adult anymore. Wait no! He WAS an adult! He WAS the Hokage! GAH! What was going on?!
“If I’m not the Hokage then who is?!” Naruto snapped again, pointing down at them.
“Boruto,” Austin said.
His son? Boruto?! That–that can’t be right! Did they seriously think–?!
Naruto pulled at his hair again. “Boruto isn’t…! I am!”
“You dreamed it up,” One kid said. “The real Hokage is Boruto.”
All the other kids began to agree with one another and nodded their heads. They sounded like they genuinely thought and believed that. Austin did the same, standing firm. “Yup. Sure is. He sent his baby here to be a newbie in our daycare and now he’s acting up. Poor babuu~!”
That did it. Naruto lunged at Austin with his hands out, ready to snag him and spank him again for an even harder session over his lap. He didn’t even care about the possible consequences of his sapped strength here. He wanted to make this brat pay.
Unfortunately, the eyes of the children were different now. Naruto no longer looked like an adult. He looked like a toddler that was throwing a tantrum and trying to bully the kids who’d been here long before he was.
Before he even got to Austin, one of the boys rushed up behind him, reached into the back of his pants, and yanked up his cartoon frog themed briefs into a tremendously powerful wedgie!
“HEEEEEK!” Naruto’s eyes crossed and his body clenched upon taking the pain in. His body was so much more sensitive too. The pain he felt was like something on par with an attack he’d take out in the field against much older and supposedly stronger foes. He blushed a bright red, feeling the heat of embarrassment rise to his face.
He then stumbled like an idiot and fell onto his stomach. With his pants down slightly, the kids crowded around the behind of this unruly child and began stepping on his back to keep him down while others tightened their grip around the green waistband of his briefs and administered heavy wedgie after wedgie to his behind! Each tug saw Naruto belting out a louder shriek of pain that eventually led to tears traveling down his face.
The rapid bullying tactics saw Naruto surrender before he could even scream out a verbal protest. The defeated toddler was then dragged over Austin’s now folded lap and the rest of his pants and underwear came down, exposing his bubble butt to everyone.
“Now then, THIS is what we do to unruly babies around here–!” Austin grinned as he raised his hand.
“NO! NONONONONOAAAAH!” Naruto screamed as Austin began spanking his butt. His strength was unparalleled. Each smack made Naruto jolt and jitter like a brick was being smashed against his hide. He was flopping like a fish and making hilarious, cross-eyed faces as the punishment rang on.
If he was the Hokage then he was the most pathetic one that had ever existed! He couldn’t believe this toddler was spanking him! The pain was the worst it’d ever been and the humiliation was somehow just as bad.
The mental strain this was causing and the confusion coupled with that assaulted his senses. He couldn’t handle it and neither could his baby bladder!
It took them by surprise when it happened but Naruto lost control of himself and peed his pants. The weeing sound echoed throughout the room and made all the other kids flinch.
They were shocked and in complete awe of what was transpiring. However, it stood as a testament to what was really going on here. Naruto was indeed a big baby and they had made the right call ignoring his ramblings.
Naruto is rolled off of Austin’s lap and lays there with his undies soaked. The underwear wasn’t lowered entirely which meant that most of the pee went into them and didn’t fly in the air or hit the carpet. Granted, that still meant there was a huge mess to clean up.
Austin shook his head in disapproval. Naruto felt like this was the equivalent to getting an anvil to the gut. He was an adult. He was the Hokage…! He was sure of it but this toddler had spanked him… made him wet himself…!
He blushed and teared up, feeling the water works coming. “No… please stop! This isn’t right! I-I’m not–!”
“Yes, you are,” Austin said pointing in front of him. Naruto looked up and his eyes widened right before his head bashed against the carpet due to the momentum of having his lower end pulled up by two brats. His butt was being raised over an unfolded Sesame Street baby diaper and it was in his size! “We get losers of all shapes and sizes here. Of course we have a diaper just for you. So put it on and stop whining already!”
“NOOOOO!” Naruto screamed, feeling his life come to a pivot that he’d never be able to escape from. The instant his butt hit that fluffy diaper, he felt the trajectory of his life change. It was something cosmic. He could tell things would never be the same again.
It got even more secure when the powdering happened and the tapes were folded. He wasn’t just trapped in a diaper. He was trapped into a new way of life!
The kids all cheered, having successfully diapered the new baby. Naruto was blubbering and stumbling over his words, confused by this to the point of feeling his brain short-circuit a bit. His thumb traveled its way into his mouth and he stared at the ceiling while sucking on it to give himself some sort of comfort.
Naruto wasn’t allowed to have it his way though. He was grabbed by his armpits and forced up a bit. His submissive nature concerning this situation saw him stand on his own. He was pushed forward and stumbled into the baby walker they had. Again, he slid right into it without a problem. This was astonishing! Why?!
“Now then, let’s all have a fun day today!” Austin said, eliciting cheers from the other kids. He grabbed Naruto’s cheek and pinched it roughly. “Got that? Baby!”
Naruto nodded. He teared up again but couldn’t argue against what the bigger boy, Austin, had to say. It wouldn’t be right.
He was made to fumble around in the baby walker for a decent amount of time. The kids would come by and tease him by tickling his feet and make him piddle into his diapers some more. How easy it was to do that continuously shocked him. His body was useless now. All the strength had been sapped from it. The spanking Austin gave him earlier made sure of that. He was so sensitive to their touch that he wet himself on the spot.
When his tummy growled, he was lifted from the baby walker with ease. He was about as light as a sack of feathers to Austin and the rest of the kids. He kept staring ahead with abject disbelief that they were able to carry him so well!
He was practically thrown into the high chair next. When it latched onto him, the kids then took turns shoveling gross baby food into his maw. He muttered out protests like, “Please, it’s gross!” or “Don’t do it! I’ll need to go potty again!” but none of those worked.
By the time they were done feeding him, Naruto was slumped in his high chair, half conscious and stuffed from the slop they shoveled into him. He ended up squirming to try and keep hold of his bladder and bowels again but one harsh poke from Austin saw him belting out a heavy scream followed by him filling up his diaper from both ends!
It was so loud and smelly but the goofy, cross-eyed look on Naruto’s face as he did it made it all worth it. They couldn’t stop laughing at him.
Naruto’s brain drifted off, deeper into baby mode.
Being an adult meant nothing. Being Hokage meant nothing. What mattered was what was inside and inside, all along, Naruto was a big, loser baby!
At the end of the day, Boruto Uzumaki, Naruto’s son, arrived at the daycare center. He tried knocking at first, expecting to be let inside, but when he didn’t receive an answer he let himself in and gasped at the sight before him.
Naruto was being put into a new diaper with a pacifier in his mouth. The kids were in the middle of changing him when Boruto entered.
The boy looked ahead, flabbergasted and speechless.
He eventually found his voice and asked, “What’s going on?”
Austin turned to him and patted Naruto’s head, ruffling the baby’s hair as he addressed Boruto with an adorable smile.
“You’re in charge of Naruto now,” Austin said. “Duh.”

Awww what a sweet story >< Austin taught Naruto some humility. Being an adult doesn´t mean being mature.
To be honest I think Boruto will do a better job as Hokage than Naruto, I mean, he's just a huge adorable whiny baby, nothing more. Himawari will be more than pleased with her new baby brother (now she will be able to practice the diaper changes, much better than with her dolls/stuffed animals)
