One day a few months or so ago, I saw someone on DA use a screenshot of KC from T.O.T.S. and try to add a diaper to the picture, it was a bit crude, but looked kind of cute. It made me wonder "I wonder why no one has drawn KC in a diaper yet" and so I took it upon myself to draw her wearing such a thing, though in this case, she's wearing one of the T.O.T.S. kind of cloth diapers and wearing a cute tag around her neck too.
First pic done by [iconname]Poohchan[/iconname] since he was able to digitally color my picture more towards her color scheme from the show compared to my crappy drawing with the colors being a bit more off but as close as I could get with the colors I had. So, enjoy
