Silver and Shadow were still sitting on the stage as time passed. Shadow had taken his guitar and was practising some melodies. Silver was enjoying theirself just watching Shadow play his guitar. Silver looked at how smoothly Shadow's fingers moved over the strings and the neck of the guitar.
``You really are good, you know,'' Silver said.
Shadow smiled at Silver, ``Well I'm not as good as you, I really had to practise a lot.''
``Which makes it that much more impressive,'' they replied.
The bell rang to announce the lunch break, Silver's stomach started to rumble as they hadn't eaten anything for breakfast.
``Shall we go to the cafeteria? My treat,'' Shadow asked as he knew Silver didn't have any food left at home.
``You don't have to buy me food all the time,'' Silver commented.
``Is that so? Did you bring lunch today?'' Shadow asked, Silver shook their head, ``And did you bring money to buy something at the cafeteria?''
Silver thought for a second and rolled their eyes, ``Okay I get your point,'' They said with a playful smile.
``That's what I thought,'' Shadow said with a grin.

After lunch Silver had to go to philosophy.
``Can I come with you?'' Shadow asked.
``Uhm, yeah if you want to? But most people think it's boring,'' Silver replied a little confused.
``What do you think about philosophy?''
``I think it's fascinating,'' Silver said with sparkling eyes.
``In that case I want to join you,'' Shadow said.
Together they went to the lecture hall. Silver went to their regular spot. ``Don't sit there!'' Silver quickly said as Shadow went to sit down next to them.
``Why not?''
``That's Sticks her seat.''
``Who's Sticks?''
``You'll see.''
``But can't she sit somewhere else?''
``Nope,'' Silver just replied.
Sticks entered the lecture hall and Silver waved at her. She came over and stood next to Silver while staring at Shadow, ``Who's that?'' She said in a rude way while pointing at Shadow.
``This is Shadow, my boyfriend, I told you about him.''
``Ow, did I look like this, when you told me,'' And she looked straight ahead with a glazed look in her eyes.
``Probably.''
``Well in that case, I wasn't listening,'' She said and took her seat and put her bare feet onto the foldable table in front of her. Silver looked over at Shadow who just seemed confused. They suppressed a smile because of Shadow's expression.
``Hey Shadow?'' Sticks said while looking at the ceiling.
Shadow looked over at her, ``Yeah?''
``Your name is weird,'' She commented.
Shadow looked over at Silver, they gave him a look as to say `That's Sticks.'
``Your name is weird too,'' Shadow replied.
``Thank you, I know!'' She said while picking something from her teeth. ``Is your mother named Light, as Shadow owes their birth to light?''
``What did your parents think, she's got a stick up her butt?'' Shadow snapped a little.
``Oeh, that's a good one,'' She laughed.
Silver shrugged at Shadow with a smile on their face. Shadow shook his head in disbelief and also put their feet on the table in front of him and folded his arms a little grumpy. Silver took out their books and notepad.
The teacher took place behind the lectern and started, ``Today I want to talk to you about theories on time travel,'' Silver moved on their chair listening curiously. ``Who among you believes time travel exist?'' A few people raised their hands, as did Silver, ``And who believes time travellers are among us right now?'' Everybody dropped their hand down except for Silver. The teacher looked over at Silver and some of the students turned around to see who was still holding up their hand. ``Would you care to explain?''
``W-well....,'' Silver looked around a little nervous as they were the only one who had held up their hand. ``...Aren't we all time travellers?'' they asked. Some students started to laugh.
``What do you mean by that?'' the teacher asked curious.
``Well as we move, live, sleep, talk, eat, etcetera, we do so while time passes by, which means we move through time at a speed of 60 minutes an hour,'' They explained. The teacher started to laugh, which made Silver feel stupid, they hunched down in their chair trying to avoid being noticed any further.
``That is a very interesting point of view and when I think about it, you might be right,'' Silver's ears perked up. ``When most people think about time travel they mostly think about people who can move backwards and forward in time and maybe change the future. But time travel can happen in different ways and there are many theories about it which I would like to discuss with you.''
Silver really thought it was an interesting lesson and they participated a lot asking many questions. They asked about how people might be moving through time, what it could mean when a person travels back and stays there, what would happen with the future and the world if they did.
Shadow looked over at Silver who found it interesting to see Silver was quite taken with this subject.
``So what you are saying..'' Sticks yelled through the lecture hall, without holding up her hand, ``Is that, while we are sitting here, someone in the future might be coming back to this time and make some changes without us even knowing, but it does influence our lives!'' She said, ``That's just creepy!''
``Well that is one of the theories, yes, but it has never been proven so far.''
``But maybe it has been proven in the future and they are doing it already!'' She said hysterical.
The teacher shrugged his shoulders, ``It could be.''
``BUT THAT'S TERRIBLE!'' She screamed and pulled on her pigtails, ``SOMEONE IS CHANGING MY LIFE AND I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW!'' She stood up and ran away.
``See you next week!'' Silver called after her with a smile. Some students laughed and Shadow looked really confused at Silver. They looked back at him. ``What?''
``Did she just have a mental breakdown?'' Shadow asked.
``Yeah, she has a mental breakdown almost every week during philosophy,'' Silver giggled.
``She is weird.''
``I know, that's what I like about her,'' Silver said with a smile.

``So what do you want to do now?'' Shadow asked when class was over.
``Well I kinda promised Tails I'd help him out with his virtuoso research.''
``Ow okay,'' Shadow said a bit disappointed because he wanted to spend more time with them now that they were back together.
``But I don't think he would mind if you came along,'' Silver said, ``If you want to of course,'' they added.
``That could be interesting to watch!'' Shadow replied.
They walked through the hallway and noticed students examining the pinboards in the hallway. They both walked over to have a look. There were new flyers pinned to it announcing that Sports Day will be held on Friday of next week.
``That will be fun,'' Shadow said towards Silver.
Silver looked a bit doubtful, ``I don't really like sports, except for chess.''
Shadow laughed, ``That's not a sport.''
``Yes it is, it's a thinking sport.''
Shadow rolled his eyes, ``I don't think they'll be doing chess during sports day.''
They went outside to go to Tails' house. Shadow walked towards his motorcycle which was just around the corner of the school building. He sat on it and started the engine, ``Hop on,'' He said to Silver who was startled.
Silver moved over a bit nervous, ``I normally just walk over to Tails.''
``Come on I want you to try it,'' Shadow encouraged.
``Well okay then, but don't go too fast,'' Silver replied and went over to the motorcycle. ``How do I get on it?'' They asked.
``Just pull yourself up.''
Silver went behind Shadow and used both hands to pull theirself up as the vehicle was pretty high compared to Silver. They pulled theirself up and tried to swing one of their legs over the motor but lost balance and fell off on the other side of the vehicle face first, their legs were up in the air, ``Ouch!'' Silver said laying on the ground in a very uncomfortable position.
``Are you okay?'' Shadow asked concerned and got off his motorcycle. He suppressed his laughter at the sight of Silver laying in this position. ``Come on,'' Shadow helped them up and straightened their skirt. Silver blushed while Shadow was stroking their behind. ``Whoops sorry,'' Shadow said awkwardly as he noticed and quickly took his hand back.
Silver giggled nervously, ``I never said you couldn't touch me there.''
``Is that so?'' Shadow asked with a lustful grin and quickly pulled Silver closer. Silver was startled by the sudden pull and fell against Shadow's chest. They looked up at Shadow and blushed like crazy. Shadow bit his lip and looked down at them and saw their blushing cheeks. Shadow pressed his lips against Silver's, whose eyes widened as it felt so sudden, but after a moment they closed their eyes at the pleasure of feeling Shadow's tongue entering their mouth. Shadow breathed heavily as his hands ran over Silver's body. Silver was completely overwhelmed.
Shadow moved Silver over to the wall behind them and pinned them roughly against it. He never stopped kissing them while doing so.
``Aaah, hmm Shadow, w-what are you doing,'' Silver whispered as they were completely overpowered by Shadow. He started to lick and nibble their neck. Shadow?s hand moved down on Silver's behind and went under their skirt, they shivered as he stroked their tail. ``Hmm Shadow,'' Silver moaned as Shadow pressed his body against theirs. Silver's eyes suddenly widened as they felt something poking against their pelvis.
``S-shadow,'' Silver whispered, ``P-please...''
``All the things I want to do to you,'' Shadow whispered in Silver's ear.
Silver felt a bit paralysed, ``Ah p-please d-don't,'' Silver whispered back nervously.
Shadow pulled back and looked at Silver, ``What?'' He asked confused.
``S-sorry,'' Silver whispered. ``I-I don't feel r-ready for that, w-we just got b-back together.''
Shadow let go of Silver, ``Sorry I couldn't stop myself,'' He apologised.
``N-no I'm sorry, I just n-need more t-time.''
Shadow lifted Silver's chin, ``I understand, sometimes I just forget you're only 15.''
