Growing up in a city ruled by his iron-fisted uncle, considered a tyrant to outside kingdoms, young Phaedra grew to harbor a deep dislike for the royal court systems established. Believing metahumans deserved to rule themselves and only themselves, he took on disguises to stir trouble in the region. His goal is to create a full anarchy, where people follow their own rules and desires. This pink haired noble is quite mysterious, especially once he gains the aid of an ancient piece of technology with its own AI, which decides to help him in his quest as thanks for being freed. He wears a gas mask often, even when not in flight, remaining silent whenever he wears it. This badass was adopted from
