Concept for a children's show about prison since America holds 25% of the worlds prison population it's only reasonable to assume that the majority of children in America will have to experience prison when they grow up. It's best to get them comfortable with that fact at an early age, so why not have a cartoon to get them comfortable with that fact.
That's not the point you silly li'l git. Laws here in the US are way to fukin harsh to the point that even though the cuntry of America is so small, it houses 25% of the world's prisoner population. It's mostly due to the retarded tough on crime rhetoric and this absurd "war on drugs" bs. A lot of are laws are just fukin stupid, meant to feed a for-profit prison that has become too bloated for everyone's good.
Not only that, the corrupt capitalism that feed's on American lives is so oppressing, a household requires both parents to require full-time employment which in turn negates the possibility for proper child rearing and parenting.
The current societal structure is built to keep people distracted with the debts and consumerism so we can't se the blatant corruption that feeds on our hard work, illnesses, and lives. One of those corrupt institutions being the legal and prison system.
