My reasoning for her design:
Her outfit is no "officially" armor ( nor that she'll need it due to her own armored skin ) instead it is an attire of a design that evokes the uniform of a starship captain or commander. While it entirely covers her body, its form fitting design demonstrates, without any second guesses, the peak physical condition of its wearer and that she's someone whose orders are to be respectfully heeded. Also, this suit's materials will expand and retain their shape and proportions as Felphire uses her Titan growth powers.
