that has a higher chance to backfire as his parents straight up stopped caring about him when he wasn't chosen to be a guardian and he got thrown out of his house for getting mad at discovering that all their love and care was fake, and yet they were never reprimanded or told they were wrong. So hearing all that pain and suffering might just make him think even more that his way is right and everything else should BURN.

Guys relax, just remember Tristan and Nigel's brother should be in this prison as well, so I think Tristan and Toby going to be the good influence/conscience to Nigel.
Or Nigel proves with a terrific escape that even as a blind man he has more up his sleeve than the other guardians... (=> my avorite progression)😁😏

I kinda do believe the Luna when she apologizes and wishes their were some other way. But I'm a Nigel fan and am going to cheer his development. I kind hope he might go the wizard or seer route.
I kinda feel the best characters in any story both have some tragedy in their background and go through major character development over the course of the story. I truly feel Nigel has the most potential out of all the knights of life.
What ever happens at the end I hope Luna makes it up to Nigel, and Nigel gets the best ending.

Yes, thank you. They have a habit of blocking people who remind them that this is an ongoing story and that, just maybe, the author knows what they're doing with these shocking bits. Resorting to knee-jerk insults and death threats against fictional characters isn't the best look.

Maybe it's just me but I'm getting "V for Vendetta" vibes from this, the part where "V" shaves EV's head, throws her in a cell and tortures her to teach her not to fear death and learn how to truly survive and live. She hated him at first but came to realize after all that was happening around her that it not only strengthened her but prepared her for what she had to do when "V" put his plan in motion. We'll see. And hopefully so will Nigel.
