Oh it's family I have and want to get rid of, any and every time they ahm visit it's like an interrogation they think I'm a slob and I don't know how to keep things clean or my self, but if you saw my house you would think your in a hospital or something and as for me in extremely clean my boyfriend and others know just how clean I am, I have to be I have bad skin problems, not to mention they think I'm a dummy or retarded or something, and if anything else I'd never snich on friends or other people.

He's either really lucky with situations where he can end up getting away, or he isn't as stupid and gullible as most people take him to be. Either way, he's too cute to get mad at.

I guess that luck is a slight part of the process, but Choko is pretty clever/resourceful, and takes advantage of the fact that people think he's stupid, he's usually also skilled to understand people's psycholgy and spot their "weak points".
And yeah, as long as it stops your partner, I'd call this an effective safe word, though only him and madam Hyena know what it is hehe

I've known a Holy Fool! He was a total ditz, benignly untrustworthy, but was also so adorable nobody could ever stay angry with him. His life was hard set on Free Skate and he just coasted with minimal consequences simply because of how ultimately harmless -- and helpless -- he was. He would be provided for. Nothing ostentatious or grand because he could never even begin to manage it well, but he would never be homeless or hungry. And this seems to be PunkoChoko as well. I mean, just look at this episode! How he so easily beguiles a CHIEF OF POLICE! She goes from collaring an escaped perp to patiently reprimanding a clueless, errant child. You can see the Holy Fool providence working. Yes he's clearly a lawbreaker but how can you stay mad at him?
