Bianca the purple Usul was not always diaper-clad. She actually was continent at one point, and had not intended to take this course in life. Hailing from Meridell, she wanted to be like Kauvara and become a potion maker, but a freak accident with a jousting Uni stepping on her pelvus led to her suffering damage to her bladder, making the sphincter muscles atrophy. She was disheartened and feared she would be rejected, but found a home in the Padded Room. Her potion-brewing skills led to her instead becoming a mixologist, and has invented different drinks for the patrons at the club.

Connor the spotted Kougra is the most experienced of the three. His skills stem from growing up in a bar environment due to his father being the owner. There, he learned the tricks of the trade, and studied the recipes in his free time. Sadly, his father's bar closed due to competition taking his patrons, and revenue was lost. This encouraged Connor even more to succeed, and soon he became a professional. He didn't expect to work at an ABDL club when job hunting, but found the garment therapeutic given how much of his childhood was spent on practicing his craft. He finds a little adult baby downtime when not behind the bar helps him deal with stress.

Greg the rainbow Wocky is an adult baby turned bartender fairly recently. A member of the club beforehand, Greg learned about the Padded Room from fellow ABDL's, and paid the club a visit, finding himself comfortable in the building alongside other diaper-clad neopets. He is fully incontinent, unable to hold it even a little, and prefers cloth diapers over disposables. He's still learning about the tricks to bartending, but is willing to learn from the two neopets. He hopes to one day find a boyfriend that shares his ABDL side.

(Sherry:) The caretaker of the group and Abby's Significant Other. Sherry was born with an irregular bladder, making potty training difficult for her. Growing up, she had to wear diapers as a child, and worried about her condition ruining her life. She hardly socialized until Abby discovered her secret. Sherry tearfully awaited the torment, only to instead be comforted by her. Abby understood Sherry's plight, and supported her. Though Sherry was relieved that her secret was safe, she wasn't expecting Abby to dress up like a baby to take the hit the next day. Abby assured her that while she was around, Sherry would never need to worry about her diapers. This led to cementing their relationship, one that over time became more intimate.
Sherry eventually gained enough strength in her pelvic muscles to mostly have control over her bladder, though the occasional leak or two slips out every now and then, leading to Sherry wearing pull-ups for underwear. She doesn't mind, though, considering her spouse's protective underwear. However, she still wears diapers at night as she's a heavy sleeper, and often bed-wets. Sherry discovered The Padded Room through her connections with fellow incontinent patients when she was training her muscles, and she and Abby enjoyed the company, finding common ground among them. She's also not afraid to care for Abby like an actual baby, though she also acts as a caretaker and advisor for the others.

(Abby:) An infantilist with an executive job. Abby had no idea how much she'd discover about herself until she met Sherry. After dressing up as a baby to help shield the Shoyru from ridicule, she started to find enjoyment of the attire and lifestyle. She even began to use the diapers she wore, finding it strangely enjoyable. Over time, she loved it, and continued to wear them throughout life, becoming more discreet as the two got older. When asked why she continued to wear them by Sherry, Abby explained that her own childhood was not pleasant. She was left with a father that hardly paid attention to her or her antics, and her mother was gone. Abby rekindled a forgotten flame within her that craved the attention one receives as a baby, and wanted more. Sherry was more than happy to mother her.
Despite her infantile behavior when in character, Abby is very intelligent, and a high-ranking member of a soda company, being an executive of the board. The money she makes is enough to purchase enlarged baby clothes and plenty of diapers for her to wear, though she mostly keeps that secret from her job. The only exception being Ruby, her fellow co-worker, and ABDL enthusiast. Abby will break character if she needs to, typically when situations call for her to act like an adult for the sake of others.
When in character, Abby tends to speak in simple sentences to communicate, (not necessarily baby-talk, just simple words,) and performs baby activities such as drinking from a bottle, playing with toys, (not always baby toys,) napping, and acting generally hyperactive curiosity. She's not afraid to have diaper changes in public, though she prefers privacy for everyone else's sake, and wants to one day be diaper-dependent.

(Ruby:) A sexy diaper lover and co-worker to Abby. Ruby discovered her DL side when she was young, looking after her baby sister when she was still in diapers. Ruby saw how cute the diapers looked and took one to try for herself. After looking in a mirror, she found herself looking cute, and found her true self. Growing up, she learned about adult diapers, and found an interest she wanted to re-experience after her baby sister became potty trained and no longer needed diapers. Her dismay when she saw how bland and thin they were was not the answer she hoped. She believed she would never feel that euphoria she remembered, until she noticed her co-worker, Abby, wearing one by chance. Even more, the one she was wearing was more colorful and cute-looking. Thicker, too. Her curiosity peaked, and she decided to get some answers, by tricking Abby into wearing one.
As Abby was painfully waiting in line for the restroom at work, worrying about wetting her pants, Ruby noticed the long line, and took the chance, offering the Xweetok a diaper for her to use, albeit one of the plain-looking ones. Abby took it immediately, went to hide, and put it on, her bladder on the verge of bursting. As Abby happily relieved herself in the garment, Ruby caught her. Abby was nervous, but relaxed when Ruby admitted her DL side, unaware of the thin diaper barely containing her accident. After clean up, Abby showed Ruby her diapers, and the Cybunny was enamored. Designs and colors of many kinds. Ruby politely asked if she could wear one, to which Abby agreed. Ruby looked in the mirror after choosing a cute purple diaper, and felt that joy once more. She looked cute! In fact, she found herself attractive. Noticing Ruby's behavior, Abby suggested she come with her and Sherry to The Padded Room, where the rest is history.
Ruby does use her diapers if only when necessary, preferring to maintain the diaper's cute colors and designs as long as possible, but isn't wasteful with them either. She's hoping to one day find someone who finds her attractive in her diapers, but is aware of the stigma on them.

(Penelope:) The Hardcore Diaper Lover. Penelope is the type of neopet that has no inhibitions regarding her diapers. She's not naïve, and aware of the stigma, she just doesn't give a damn. It's her life, and she's not hurting anyone with it. Regardless, she's known for skirting the rules of The Padded Room, often leading to her being in hot water every now and then. How she gets out of them is a mystery, but she does try to avoid going too far with them.
Penelope is often soiling her diapers shamelessly and hardly changes out of them willingly. She usually does it to annoy Lily, who doesn't take kindly to the Acara's shameless actions. She isn't heartless, though, and doesn't recommend this lifestyle to everyone. She knows this is only for the truly dedicated. What's more, though she doesn't change often, she is prepared for diaper changes, as even she hates diaper rash.

(Lily:) The Comfort Wearer. Lily is often sited as the complete opposite of Penelope. She almost never uses her diapers, preferring to simply wear them like ordinary underwear. Lily is also a rule follower, stubborn to deviate from the straight and narrow to a fault. She's often disgusted by Penelope and her actions of voiding in her pants. She does understand those who're incontinent, and is more lenient on them, but does recommend they change, as she cannot stomach the smell.
The diapers she wears are often reusable, such as hook-and-loop diapers, or Velcro and cloth, as they're easy to remove and reapply when needing to use the toilet. She'll avoid using them as much as possible, not wanting to ruin them. She loves the designs and comfort they provide, and prefers to keep them as pristine as possible. This leads to arguments between her and Penelope, as their philosophies on diapers differ greatly.

(Nina:) The Newcomer. Nina is a teenager on a path to self-discovery. She's new to the ABDL scene, and doesn't know much about The Padded Room or its patrons. She's nervous about this side of her and afraid to reveal it to the public, or even her parents. She only discovered The Padded Room when following a certain individual. Her reasoning for discovering the ABDL community is secret and personal to her, and she's not privy to talk about it.
She has yet to determine where she falls on the spectrum, though she is curious about them all. She also doesn't fully know the points about diapers, having secretly bought a generic, store-brand package. The potential within her has yet to be tapped, but hopefully being around the more experienced girls will help her find her place in the group, if she wants to be a part of it.

Ivan, the shadow Ixi, is the father, and is in charge of inventory in the club. He's often seen carrying supplies to and from the club, usually spare diapers or changing supplies for the club patrons that don't bring their own. Aside from that, he's also earning money from his second job, working as stocker and inventory for a hardware store chain. needless to say, he's almost always carrying boxes, but he has no issues with it. When his daughter suggested opening up The Padded Room, he wasn't sure of its success, given the niche crowd it was targeted for, but thanks to Nira's business degree and knowledge, and his wife's managing skills, he changed his tune real quick.

Skipping over Nira, Beatrice, the faerie Bruce, and Nira's mother is the club's manager, and is responsible for ensuring the club is running smoothly. She also helps enforce the club rules, making sure patrons are respectful towards others, and removing any rowdy, (or drunk,) individuals, ensuring they return home safely without problems. Her and Penelope have had many spats about the Acara's conduct and behavior, but the two seem to work things out somehow. Beatrice is almost always in a business suit, looking professional for customers, but is actually very motherly. She treats all club members like her own children, often seen listening to their troubles and providing advice for them. She'll even defend them from hurtful individuals that cause trouble for the bar. She'll still put her daughter on top of her priority list, though, as she still cares for her well being, but knows her daughter has grown up. (Mentally, not physically.)

Lastly, the club owner, Nira the blue Zafara, is an incontinent, Boochi victim. Being a 25-year-old in the body of a 14-year-old, she's used to people underestimating her. Born with permanent incontinence, she had to deal with being in diapers her whole life, and was often ridiculed for it. This ridicule, however, only triggered her drive to succeed in business, surpassing said bullies, and beginning her business career for The Padded Room. Not many know the full story of her Boochi encounter, but she does say that it made her desire to succeed all the more prevalent. After all, a child running a professional business was not unheard of, siting Sprocket Industries as one such example. Though her parents work for her, she still respects them as her parents, and will listen to them when asked. (This sometimes include getting diaper changes from her mother.) When out of her club, she'll wear clothes to hide her diapers, but when in her club or house, she leaves them fully exposed, preferring to not hide them from her patrons, and being honest about them. She does still follow her own rules, though, as she wants to act as an example, and still wants some modicum of professionalism.
