Hidden from the main streets of Neopia Central City, lies a special club meant for the diaper-inclined. The Padded Room is a place where societal acceptability is put on hold for those diapered citizens, where they're free to be open about their absorbent pants without prejudice. Whether it be due to incontinence, infantilism, or just a passion for the garment, all are welcomed. Even those who're just friends or supporters are permitted, so long as people get along.

Six of the club's members have posed in front of the camera, while the club's owner, Nira, watches from above. (Don't let her child-like appearance fool you, she's 25 years old.)
