It seems like poor Charlie just can't avoid regressing every now and then. After experimenting with a new youth ray, he was accidentally struck by it, and slowly regressed into a teen, then child, and finally just a pudgy toddler. Now he can't remember what he was doing or how the ray works. Hopefully one of his friends will help him out. ^^
