His name is Lalu and he hails from a group of islands called Abena Rappa, another nation in alliance with Nyara-La, and the homeland of a few other previous introduced characters such as Cayenne and Godfrid. He's a humble Min who is involved in the craft at a rum distillery and loves to party.
