When rotter was 13, not long after he lost his arm he befriended one of the emergency responder interns that took him out of the wreckage. He was bout 3 years older and turned out he also lived in the same asteroid before he went to become a responder. Rotter found him a cool dude really, was fun to hang around and they did share lot's of interests.
By 14 Rotter was sneaking out of his home to hit up punk concerts, raves, metal mosh with him... each time they would get drunk and bruised and would have a blast.... one to remember, though sometimes they would be so wasted they really couldn't. Drunk or not, afterwards they would end up at a random bar where they would get wasted some more and talk about cycles, ships n chicks... well for chicks it was mostly Rotter talking coz the tiger was into dudes apparently but that didn't make him any less boring to talk to.
