Although Llydia is the last of her kind, at least to common knowledge, during her appearance in the Legend of Ahya series, there were once hundreds of dragons - nay, thousands of them. They were direct extensions of Mereliah's will and assisted her in caring for the world and its children - the ones she was entrusted to love, nurture and grow. Although not involved in relationships akin to what most people would be familiar with, there were definite bonds of closeness with others of her kind. Llydia took a specific liking to a fellow dragon whom would come visit her often during the execution of her duties and responsibilities. It was always a joy to have him around, although now to this day - over a millennia later - she can only ever remember the first letter of his name: V.
