I was looking at old drawings I made and I realised that as much as I love trashing my current art... it is nowhere as bad as my old one, I mean...

The first drawing is of a character I was asked to make by someone, she named him Tuniko whose name I butchered, this was in late 2019... around november maybe?

The second one is a drawing I am currently working on for a friend (a hyena), I haven't painted it yet and yeah... it ain't the best but it is a far cry from the old drawing I made, sure serves to show how you can improve but just wanting to.

I almost forgot to mention but the reason for why the digital art looks a bit pixelated is simply because I took this screenshot from my phone, I haven't had the chance to actually transfer it to my computer yet in a more... viable way which makes it look prettier so this digital art has the same quality of my old digital arts which were all screenshots from my phone (yes I draw everything on phone)

Don't you use ibisPaint x?
Hiluk

Yes I do, it's how I made every single one of my drawings

Then you should be able to save them, no need to take a screenshot.

I am, I just took a screenshot of the face because... the full art... well... it has a pp

Plus I'm not posting the full art because the person doesn't have an account here so I tend not to post art I make for people who don't have an account where I post them and he has no account in any furry site I believe, but otherwise I'd post if of course.

Oh, I see. The trick is to export it, and then crop the image.

By the way, what pens (not penis, but pens) did you get?
Hiluk

I tend to use the basic pen, though sometimes I watch commercials to get the extra ones... they're quite unnecessary though for most things, you can still do most stuff using normal pens, for that drawing I made for

all I used were the basic pens and one pen that wasn't basic though now that I think of it it would've been possible to make it without using that pen

I don't think I want to try a regular pen on my phone screen. Results would be permanent. xD

I'm sparing with data (on the road), so the reply button dun work with opera mini at hardcore data saving.

Anyway, I just use the pixelated hard "pencil" tool, with a lower opacity, then zooming in, so that I can basically see the pixels. That way yes, even a rubber-ended pen is useful, and accurate enough.
Once a sketch is done, I can take it for vector outlining.

I do the same though for next drawing, I've been trying to make something a little more real~

That may need pressure sensitivity.
