"Redundancy"
Now, this is just excessive. Everything he's got, dolphins either don't have use for, or already have a natural alternative to; he can see underwater without goggles, his blowhole is like a built-in snorkel, and his feet are already like flippers (which made it really hard to put on the artificial ones!). Other than maybe the swimsuit itself, he's got no reason to be wearing any of that!
