Inspired by the 'Villains' theme in @/MoiraAunty's server

I can now (re)introduce my flamin' fem fatale - Pyre The Serpent; a cobra-esque sorceress bent on harnessing the flame of Iblis 🔥 fueling her with a highly destructive pyromancy. With her heart and mind clinging to the old and ancient ways of society, she harbors a literal burning hatred toward modernization and technology; raging a self proclaimed war on Mobius' advanced civilizations. Be it cities full of innocent people, or the numerous metallic metropolises of Eggman and his forces, she won't rest until all are driven back to the dark ages.
