Tony Gibson and Raymond Broady are facing and ramming a VTOL jet fighter in low-altitude, can the two heroic brave elite undercover police officers take down a dangerous VTOL ace fighter armed to teeth?
They must ram and force the VTOL jet to stop before it reaches the city and causes irreversible mayhem.
Something that Chase H.Q. might expect that the enemy is getting madly frustrated on two heroic brave elite undercover police officers' good deeds.

(It's also a tribute for PS1 Ray tracers beside Chase H.Q. series).
I hope they can remaster and adding additional stages like this one and stuff.
(It's also some few reference of certain VTOL bosses: Operation wolf 3 by Taito and Locked 'N' Loaded by Data east).

(I also added Sonic movie 2 featuring Miles Tails Prower character in the billboard road ad a sort of cameo).
