This has been in the back of my mind forever. Yes these are the Sonic 06 designs, simply because there the tallest.
So this infinite is the original who escaped sonic's planet long before the events of forces and as such is much stronger.He can make copies of all the villains not just from sonic's world but also the freedom planet games.
As you can see only sonic, shadow and tails are in this. they got transported to Lilac's world when infinite summoned the chaos emeralds there.
The Phantom Ruby would be revealed as a failed 8th chaos emerald created by the ancients from Frontiers but never used.
