So this is set I guess after Ash leaves the series, I dunno

Tenjo- Coming from a different universe, he follows Godzilla into the dimension portal to make sure he dies. He soon befriends Mewtwo, mew, and Ash and thus starts there journey to kill Godzilla. He's a bit laid back all the time and see's pokemon (at least some) as breedable aliens.

Mewtwo-He finds Tenjo unconcious in aforst, after reading his mind he decides Godzilla is too much a threat and agrees to help destroy it. (The female Mewtwo joins the group soon as well)

Mew-After being "examined" by Tenjo she falls in love with him, though she doesnt really speak to him telepathically like mewtwo she does often show her affection towards him.

Ash and pikachu-After seeing the destruction Godzilla can cause he joins the journey to fight it. Tenjo only keeps him around though to get a Trainer's perspective of this new world he's in.Ash gets a bit annoyed at times of how protective tenjo is of him

The main villain of the series is Giovanni, leader of team rocket, who is reverse engineering godzilla cells trying to create the perfect pokemon, often leading to giant mutated pokemon godzilla fights.
