Usually I would search for more artifacts to absorb and gain more skills, but there isn't anything else worth absorbing, and Irko sadly don't have the Heaven Devouring Battle Law. So yeah, leaving it's the best choice
Also, question, would it be possible to train immunity? for example, if Irko poisoned himself, then used [heal], would he adquire poison resistance/immunity?

Well, to train immunity would mean that, in your example, Irko has to get poisoned a lot and have still the strength left to heal himself. I wouldn't suggest it. There might be simpler ways to get resistance than that.

Well, the way I'm trying to think about these sort of questions is, "Would Irko know?". In this case, I don't think he would know right away. He just knows and feels that he has healing powers so far. Though maybe he remembers something that happened by someone else (hint), which could provide you with an answer. x3
