Uriel is a unicorn who practices various forms of worship, researching countless religions and systems, from tarot to runes, to studying the ways people divide what is divine and what is not. His ultimate goal is to achieve a power that puts him on the level of godhood.
Personality
Uriel is considered a nice but enigmatic personality. As a priest, he incorporates various ideals into his practices, ensuring there's no such thing as a behavior that could prevent one from enlightenment or reaching paradise. He believes godhood is a state that can be reached with the right research, technology, and knowledge. However he is very secretive, especially when asked why he started going barefoot.
Those in the know understand he has an assistant that usually works behind the scenes to spread his influence. He is very charismatic and powerful, but has a distant air about him. Despite that, he never lies to get away from anything.

Background/History
Uriel was raised under a particular religion, but after learning about the existence of others, he felt his family was ridiculous to believe only one way of worship was correct. Studying everything from science to wiccan arts, Uriel cast aside his old practice and started his own under the believe that true enlightenment came from understanding all about the world, and how each culture had its own beliefs.
He also studied the rumors of gods being aliens, coming to understand that the potential for godhood wasn't exclusive. In his quest he stumbled upon rare legends of powerful beings from long ago. In time he would come to meet one of said beings, a wolf by the name of Windsor. Known as the King of Beasts, the two would form a contract that'd eventually become more involved with time.
In gaining some of Windsor's power, Uriel felt as if he'd already reached enlightenment, but would need more power to truly attain a station as a god. The influence of his partner helped him garner followers impressed by his knowledge and ability.
Strangely, he disappeared for a week once, coming back with seeming to have new knowledge on how the world came to be, suggesting a trio of beings. Yet he refuses to elaborate, and seems even more hellbent on his research...

Uriel is disconnected from his family due to their conflicting beliefs. He is waiting for them to come around, as he refuses to shutter his knowledge away.
