What's this? Why it's another Anti-Mobius character! It's Anti-Akhlut, better known as Anakoni. Taking a mix of Pre-SGW and Post-SGW, this guy was very fun to develop for more potential pieces.
Growing up in the cold, unforgiving north, Akhlut was a conflicted individual. While a bully to the smaller and younger people, he seemed to also be fond of them. Despite his impressive strength and psychic powers, he hated the way his clan always got into turf wars with the walruses. He remained overall impartial to the violence surrounding him, until he was forced into one.
The result left his tail and head injured, and he took to the waves to make his escape. He found his way to Doctor Kintobor, who helped patch him up and gave him a chance to recover. From there he made his way to a southern island he'd known plenty about, where people rode the waves and held traditional festivals out of respect for nature and the gods.
Once there, he quickly settled in, distancing himself from his old pack as much as possible, earning his new name Anakoni. His love of surfing made him quickly welcomed, and he took on the nickname Keanu during competitions. Cementing his status as a member of the island, he was adorned with a tattoo covering most of the right side of his body. His necklace was a charm from the leader of the village, granted after he had saved some people from a rip current.
Anakoni, despite his more lax nature, is incredibly powerful. Using his psychic powers, he forms his surfboards by forcing water molecules to come together with over 300,000 PSI, creating ice despite the hot temperatures. He has used this power to create makeshift rafts for people to cling to in need, though he sometimes needs to be urged to do something that doesn't solely benefit him. He's a show-off, though, and can be goaded with praise.
Anakoni picked up a lot of slang and language use from his new island home and tourists, referring to his usual victims as 'li'l dudes' and will usually curse in the island's native tongue. Despite being a reputable bully, he's generally harmless, often just being more of an intimidating annoyance.
Akhlut refused to get involved with the battle for Mobius Prime, but through stories, he does seem to show interest in Sonic and Scourge.
