A Custom Item Made for my by SmilesUpsideDown on DA. I decided to bring forth a unique item to the My Hero Academia world.
This Item is what is known to the People as a QSC, a Quirk Suppression Collar. This collar has the capability to suppress a persons Quirk. This is a more midfield and upgraded design of the original version.
When the Suppression collars were first made, they would emit a shock when someone tried to use their Qurik. But the collars were disbanded because villains were able to take them off and it caused side-effects to their health, both physically and mentally when worn for long periods of time.
One of the scientists who helped create the Collars, secretly recreated them, but added a few modifications.
Computer and Data lines were added to the outside of the collar, allowing to store software, data, projective touch screen and security protocols. On the inside of the collar, a Puncture Needle was added. When the collar locks around the persons neck, the needle punctures the back of their neck and into the body. The needle then releases a set of Tendrils that Wrap around the nearest Major Arteries.
When activated, the collar releases a Sonic wave that goes through the puncture need and threads and into the body. The Sonic Wave automatically Shuts-down the users Qurik, rendering it completely inactive while the collar is on. If the User tries to remove the Collar by Force, the Tendrils will rip out the arteries and Kill the Host.
The Scientist sold the collar designs and several completed models to rather interested Buyers and since then, The Suppression Collar became Very Popular for Those in the Quirk Slave Trade.
