At the Goodwood Road and Racing Club in Chichister, England, the patrons can spend time between races getting up close and personal with the vintage racing cars there, browsing in the souvenir shop, and grabbing a bite in the food court.  On some occasions there's a live band performing music of various genres for the audience.
This particular band was performing well-known song from the '50s and '60s, and the lead singer asked if anyone had any requests.  Right away the first to respond was Abbey Lane, as she rushed upon the stage and asked if they could play the song "Beep "Beep" by The Playmates.  She also asked if she could sing it as "this was also an actual incident that happened to my grandfather when he was my father's age.  The lead singer agreed, informing her that she would be accompanied by both the band and some horns from the car park.  As Abbey took center stage and the band played the intro, she performed the song like this:

🎵"Beep beep (beep beep) beep beep (beep beep)
His horn went beep beep beep (beep beep)
While riding in my Jaguar, what to my surprise
A little red Austin was following me, about one-third my size
The guy must have wanted to pass me up as he kept on tooting his horn (beep beep)
I'll show him that a Jaguar is not a car to scorn
Beep beep (beep beep) beep beep (beep beep)
His horn went beep beep beep (beep beep)
I pushed my foot down to the floor to give the guy the shake
But the little red Austin stayed right behind, he still had on his brake
He must have thought his car had more guts as he kept on tooting his horn (beep beep)
I'll show him that a Jaguar is not a car to scorn
Beep beep (beep beep) beep beep (beep beep)
His horn went beep beep beep (beep beep)
My car went into passing gear and we took off with gust
And soon we were doing 100, must have left him in the dust
When I peeked in the mirror of my car, I couldn't believe my eyes
That little red Austin was right behind, I think that guy could fly
Beep beep (beep beep) beep beep (beep beep)
His horn went beep beep beep (beep beep)
Now we're doing 140, this certainly was a race
For a small car to pass a big car would be a big disgrace
The guy must have wanted to pass me up as he kept on tooting his horn (beep beep)
I'll show him that a Jaguar is not a car to scorn
Beep beep (beep beep) beep beep (beep beep)
His horn went beep beep beep (beep beep)
Now we're doing 180, as fast as I could go
The Austin pulled alongside me as if we're going slow
The man rolled down his window and yelled for me to hear
'Say, buddy, how can I get this car out of second gear?' "

The audience responded in a combination of laughter and applause as Abbey took a bow and a curtsy.  As she made her way back to the table with her family, a fellow patron caught her attention.  "Don't worry none, love," he told her calmly and assuredly. "Your father and I are driving Jaguars in the next race, and there are some Austins and other small cars in it as well...and we will show them that a Jaguar is not a car to scorn."  Pleased by this news, she gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek before returning to her table.  "That was an embarrassing moment for Grandpa and me," her father calmly but seriously told her, "and he made me solemnly promise to make sure that it never happens again."  "Knowing how well you drive," she replied as she held his hand, "I'm sure you can keep that promise."

Abbey Lane was created by TricksonLee and adopted by me.  The musical notes were old stickers photographed and retouched with digital filters, the Jaguar logo came from a model kit, and the rest was drawn freehand.

P.S.: If you're singing along with Abbey, it would help to remember that the British pronounce it "Jag-you-are".

That's a funny song.
The version I heard used a Cadillac and a Nash Rambler.

Yeah, I know.  I heard the real version as well.  I decided to change the car names because that similar incident Abbey's father had.
