Owlanrd I thought would look cute as a plague doctor, it's a fun outfit for him! So here he is saying, "Happpy Hoo-lloween! I am going to be a spooky plague doctor, tee hee."
And then Oxnard pops up in the second panel - since everyone feels weird about seeing Christmas stuff in October, even before Halloween, I thought it'd be even scarier if he dressed up in a Christmas costume right now! So he pops up saying, "And I'm Christmas in October!" while wiggling his fingers, and spooking Owlnard who can't help but quiver in fear, hooting, Hoo noooooo!"
