I lost my momentum from the previous two images because I tried to draw a new character - which takes much longer than drawing an existing one, even accounting for mild design changes from my different art style. I'm compromising by doing edits of show-style Friendship is Magic vectors into concept art of original pony characters.

Floral Folly is a silly pegasus enchanted with flowers and greenery. She specializes in rainclouds but is also skilled in mundane plant care, herbology, mycology, and first aid. She's active in Ponyville's ecological concerns and likes to read about or explore new places, especially places overrun with exotic plants.
Folly is known for going out dancing and singing in the rain, is usually taken as a bit air-headed, and is sometimes mistaken for an older filly due to her short height and carefree behavior.
