I'm only missing cards 112, 221, and 222. I really don't know much about this card set. It was made before Garbage Pail Kids, and has some of the same energy, but is so chaotic and surreal and uncanny that it looks like the kind of GPKs I see when I'm dreaming.

...either that or I lucked into a helluva prompt for Stable Diffusion.
I don't think I've seen a better run of images to convey simultaneous nostalgia and discomfort. And to show off how incredible and terrible AI is at mimicking skilled illustrations. A lot of these, a human could totally have drawn them. But no human would have made some of these design decisions. I think AI is useful in that regard: reminding us how small our comfortable area of normalcy is, and how we rarely stray beyond it, even really creative people.
I imagine this'd be an interesting video to watch while high.
EDIT: The music is a mashup I made of Fripp & Eno - The Heavenly Music Corporation, and Phil Manzanera - Lagrima, made with Rave.DJ. I've included it as well.

Yeah, I shared the video with some friends and we were all commenting on how many of them got pretty close to good. Some really impressive airbrushed backgrounds and fur. Along with pure nightmare fuel, of course.

There was a good number that actually looked dare I say it cute, and not what I would have expected from AI, but then there were a few that appeared to have come from a disturbed mind.

It's like someone with the imagination and visual experience of a toddler, but the drawing skills of an artist who's been practicing for decades. Which makes sense. These AIs are pulling from the drawings of skilled artists across the planet, but they themselves are only a few months old.

I've discovered I seem to have a weird bit of fondness for the uncanny valley. As in, 'Aw, you're so deformed I wanna hug you.'
Also, it's a mashup I made of Fripp & Eno's The Heavenly Music Corporation mixed with Phil Manzanera's Lagrima. I tried them separately, but the YouTube copyright bots kept blocking it. So, the solution was to have one AI mash the two songs so another AI couldn't recognize either! (Now that I think of it, I should add the track as an upload here.)
