The story of this image goes like this:
Franklin turtle was relaxing near a pond, when all of a sudden, he got shot by a tranquilizer dart and fell unconscious.
Eventually, upon waking up, Franklin found himself laying in a bedroom, stripped naked and restrained by ropes.
And there he was being approached by a human being wielding a feather.
Poor Nakey Franky is about to have his sensitive leathery skin tickled endlessly against his will.
