Due to a mysterious link between Spike and Twilight, the Main 6 can access certain powers of the Elements of Harmony as long as they are with Spike and only for a limited time.
While amplified, Pinkie Pie becomes partially draconic. She gains the ability to eat gems and swim in lava. However, she cannot willingly produce fire on her own. Pink plumes of flame will jet out from her hooves at random intervals and are not easy to put out normally. These flames, surprisingly, do not burn anything or anyone they touch. Instead, these fires tickle any that they come into contact with. They are also extinguished by laughter. The louder the laughs, the quicker the flames are put out. Pinkie's fourth-wall-breaking abilities have also been enhanced. She can affect those around her nearly as easily as she can affect herself. Even her words can be imbued with these abilities, making her capable of influencing roughly anyone.
Spike gains Pinkie Pie's fourth-wall-breaking skills, but to a lesser degree. While he cannot do the mind-bending feats like Pinkie can, he can do some similar things. He has a lesser version of Pinkie-Sense, which he uses to keep track of people and help avoid danger. He can pop out of different areas and appear where he normally shouldn't be able to. Not to mention he can slightly manipulate text boxes (ex. crossing out a word with a red marker). He mainly acts as an anchor for Pinkie Pie in this state. She can get carried away in this state, and it's up to Spike to keep her grounded.
