Trouble starts happening on a island camp, a powerful warlock appears and starts causing trouble. He soon summons a monster that starts draining the magic from the planet for some unknown reason. Chuck who just happened to be passing by decides to stand up for all the magical beings that need help and hopefully stop the warlock before its too late.

Chuck's main goal is to learn magic from the witch Susie, an un-aging 15 year old anthro cat girl who supposedly is the best witch around, but of course she keeps shrugging him off. But he's persistent XD
