When the devil is givin a mysterious gift he finds he can alter the reality he's in to make himself stronger and better, hoping to get his revenge on cuphead. Unlucky for him though Chuck just happens to be passing by in that dimension, and agrees to help return things to normal before its too late
Course as you can tell it turns the cartoon rubber hose like world into an anime one, I purposefully decide to not draw anime cuphead and mugman as a surprise
