That, combined with his clearance from GUN that works even in the present, he can get just about anywhere. It also doesn't help that he keeps himself incredibly stylish, his white suit getting a lot of attention. His fame has even gotten him on some magazine covers, with inquiring minds eager to learn of his background.
But under that calm gaze is the dark heart of a fallen angel, working from the shadows to dismantle society and destroy all evidence of sentient life... In his mind, he is the savior, the one to return the planet to peace, which makes him all the more a threat.
