Later in life, once the war ended, Taylor had a bit more freedom to be herself and be out among the populace without fear of being accosted or reviled for what she had for a tail. Nobody was actively searching for her for what she could do either. She was now under the protection of the new regime in power, but there were still drawbacks and restrictions to how she could live. Despite this, she could live her life as normally as she could make it and she took the opportunities to travel the new railways built to better connect the countries together. She was somewhat of a celebrity by now and as word got around of her wanderlust, the more she had to curtail her travels as more and more people wanted to be around her and Ahya. The more crowded the mob accumulated around her, the less control the new regime felt they had. It was soon time to employ stronger sanctions on her movement.
