This is Nir and Near of course, the names sounding alike, so they must be friends. XD Just Nir and Near being all cutesy when they're with each other, hanging out. Over Near, besides Shads, is Nir's best friend in the world and he can't think of anyone better to spend his quality time with and affection. I'm sure the umbreon and occasional pearly eevee would agree with him. >:3
