The night air howled as it blew over the dimly lit city streets as the “Blue Spirit”, known in civilian life as Ballada, rested on top of a tall skyscraper, looking out over the city. He was a young fox dragon with light blue, black, and white fur, in a specialized dark gray and blue stealth suit. He was getting anxious as his partner, The dragon heroine known as Mistress Icewind, had gone missing a week ago. Since then he had found no major clues as to her whereabouts, but after a few days rumors of break ins and thefts being perpetrated by smaller, jello-like clones of the heroine had begun to spread all over town. At first The Blue Spirit tried to track down these jello clones, but every time he tried to capture and interrogate one, they simply turned to liquid and disappeared. He had to come up with a new tactic if he was going to get any answers.

After going on stake outs for several nights, he finally got a bite. The alarm had been triggered at the city bank and the police radio was going nuts with chatter. The Blue Spirit smiled as he pocketed the Radio and began jumping across the rooftops toward the bank. By the time he got there, the robbery was in full swing. The cops were being prevented from getting into the bank by a hardened wall of jello. Meanwhile at the back of the bank a hole had been blown out by the jello clones with a whole team of them moving bags of money into a tunnel in the ground. The blue Spirit knew that he had to stop the break in, but if he did he’d lose his chance to follow them. He had to let the cops be for now. Once the last of the clones had made their way out of the bank and into the tunnel, he saw his chance. Quickly engaging his retro reflective camouflage, he just to the ground below and made his way to the tunnel, just managing to get into it before it closed in on itself. One of the clones looked back at him as he entered, but couldn’t see him and continued on its way after the others.

The Blue Spirit followed the group for several miles, not knowing where they were going until they breached the surface again. They were in an old candy factory at the edge of town. Old candy machines lined the floor. Mixers, kettles, boilers, cooling tables, taffy pullers, ect. Dotted the floor. As he scurried out of the hole, he quickly hid behind one of the Kettles. He watched carefully as the clones carried their prize off to a vault, depositing it before moving on. He moved again as they started various machines around the factory. He then moved away and watched from a distance as they grabbed various ingredients and began dumping them into mixers. For several minutes they worked, adding sugar, water, blue dye, gelatin powder, and a final mystery powder into a large kettle. The kettle was then heated to a boil as they slowly stirred the mixture.

It was at that point that he saw them roll out a two part mold. They then opened it to clean the inside. It was then that He saw what had happened to Mistress Icewind. She had been made into the mold that was now making all the clones. THe insides of the mold had her face and bold pressed on the mirror inside like some kind of weird painting. ONce they had cleaned the mold, they closed it again and began to pour the hot liquid into it. THere was then a long blast of cold air before the mold opened again, and out walked a brand new jello dragon clone. Then again, and again, until the whole batch was made. He then watched as the mold was moved back into storage.

The Blue spirit watched where they moved it and began to make his way over there. It was another large vault, Guarded by another jello dragon, and locked with a digital lock. He hid in the shadows until the group handling the mold had left and only the guards remained. He then grappled up to the rafters and got over the two guards and pulled out a small canister. Having planned to take on more than just this one, he had prepared liquid nitrogen. He opened the canister slowly and poured it down on the clone’s head. Before it could even react, its body hardened and went stiff. Satisfied, He closed the container and made his way down to the vault door. He then pulled out a small cable from the device on his wrist and connected it to the keypad. After a few seconds the pad beeped and the door began to open, letting the hero inside. He then walked through the small vault towards the mold. He grunted and moved the two halves apart and looked at the Dragoness plastered on the inside.

“Jeez Icewind, who did this to you, and what did they do? Don’t worry though, I’ll get you out and back to normal. Just have to remember where I left my shrink ray,” He said as he began to look through his pockets.

“I don’t think you’ll need to do that,” a voice said from behind him.

He turned quickly and readied a shuriken. He stopped in his tracks and stared at the person. It was a Busty brown haired Rabbit in skin tight blue latex. She stood in the doorway as the jello dragon clones filed in behind her. He stood there in shock as he watched.

“Candy Maker! I should have known you were behind this. God it seems so obvious now,” He said, taking a more defensive stance. “Well you won’t do to me what you did to her.”

THe Rabbit giggled and smiled as she raised her hand. “Such confidence in you. I’ll tell you what, I’ll give you a fighting chance.” She then snapped her fingers as the jello dragons began to run at him. He began to throw shurikens, splattering the clones one by one. When he began to run out, he pulled out his collapsible staff and began hitting them with it. At first it looked like he was going to win and get out, but with each one he splattered, his body became more and more covered in sticky Jello. Before long he began to slow down and his feet stuck to the floor and his hands refused to open from all the sugar. He yelled out as clones began to swarm him and pile on top. He thought they were going to suffocate him, but soon they formed around him, holding his body in place inside a giant Dragoness clone, with his head sticking out just under her breasts. The Candy maker smiled and clapped her hands as she walked up.

“Well done! You put on quite the performance, but it was all for not,” She said cupping his chin.

“ENGH! I’ll get out of here,” He said, struggling and grunting as she touched him and looked her in the eyes.

“I’m sure you will,” she said, patting his cheek. “In the Meantime, you’re probably wondering what happened to your friend here. Well, you do-gooders have been a pain in my butt for so long now and you guys are harder to kill than cockroaches. So why not put those skills and tenacity to use? So, during one battle I captured Mistress Icewind here, and after a quick “remolding”, I could make as many Icewinds as I wanted. All with the same skill and cunning as the original, but with all the evil and obedience I could want. Thanks to my special gelatin of course. And now that I have you, I can have twice as many hero drones. Just have to make you into a Mold just like her,” She said, pointing to the dragon mold behind him. “Take him to processing.”

The huge jello dragon then started to move out of the vault and down the hall towards another room. Once there the clone began to shift itself over a large rack, fitting the Fox dragon into it. It held him in place by his wrists and ankles as the mass of jello moved away and melted into liquid, its job now done. More drones then came into the room and began to grab nozzles connected to a huge tank of gray liquid. They then came up and began to spray the liquid over him. It was gritty and stuck to his body like glue. He began to struggle in the restraints until they pulled and held his body tight.

“ENGH! Let me go,” He shouted out in defiance, but to no use. The drones continued to cover him head to toe in the paste-like substance. It dried quickly and became rock solid in a few minutes, leaving him encased. He mumbled from inside as they continued to cover him, building up layer after layer on him until he was barely recognizable as a person. He moaned from inside his new cocoon as they began to lower him into a larger container. They then filled in the container around him, letting all of it harden before they rolled it all into a large Kiln. Slowly the klin began to warm, warming the material around him. He moaned as he began to sweat and feel warmer and warmer. But as the kiln started to get close to temperatures that would have burned him, he wasn’t being burnt. In fact, he felt like he was drifting away and feeling both lighter and heavier at the same time.

Several hours later, the kiln was opened and the new mold was pulled out. Ballada felt dizzy and light headed, wondering how he was still alive. The drones then went about cutting the mold in half. Ballada was blinded for a moment as light broke into the front half of the mold. He went to move, but found that he couldn’t. He was like Icewind now. Somehow printed onto the inside of the perfect mold of his former body. His eyes scanned back and forth as he caught sight of the Candy maker. She noticed this and giggled as she came up.

“Well well, you came out just perfectly. Time to get you on to the factory floor,” She said, giving the face a gentle rub.

The drones then moved Ballada out of the room and into the same machine that was molding the Icewind drones before. This time however the drones mixed up a lighter blue mix. Soon Blue Spirit drones began to roll down the line, one after the other. Ready to help the Candy Maker in all her evil deeds.
