With everything that's going on in his life, his wife is now super tall, there's a group of Echidna's moving onto the island and their leader absolutely hates him, plus the absolutely chilling realization that he has been demonized by 8000 years of stories about what he did when the Legion pushed him too far. Thankfully for Knuckles, the Echidna demon feared by the modern day echidna people is green, and he is red. Beyond that though, Knuckles spends most of his time dealing with the day to day headaches of the Island. Dimitri needing his help repairing Haven so they can use it as a proper home for the family, Relic trying to pry into things he doesn't want her to, Mace being a teenager with no real friends his age, Vector and the Chaotix trying to help but getting into fights with the other villagers, and the weird girl that keeps calling him from Tails number asking for his help moving things.
