It's been a while since I made an entry, hell it has been a while since I had gotten to see Sabrina. She has no clue I have gotten back yet, man won't she be surprised. I haven't left the base, but I have been on the other side of it. I haven't been allowed to leave the training grounds since I started, and man has it been tough. I hate being away from her so much. But everything I'm doing will be justified later when I can protect her with my own two hands. They weren't joking when I was told that the new training would be harder, I have never worked so hard in my life. Every night I went to my bunk exhausted, got seven hours of sleep then it was back to pain in the ass drills, work outs, and martial arts training. My trainers love me though, I'm at the top of my class. I was allowed to return to Sabrina cause in three days we are moving. The entire base is being relocated. We can finally relax, the rumor that has been going around about the peace treaty between humans and anthros was real. It was signed and made official as of yesterday. The countries of the world were already working on setting us up with our own country, and not some little small P.O.S out of the way shithole. The UN convened and it was all agreed upon, We are getting the coastal lands up from Canadian border down to the Mexican boarder. Washington, california, and part of Navada will be ours. Sure there are allot of people in those states that hate us, but they are going to be given a deal. Supposedly they will be given the choice to either stay, or take a large amount of money for their house, propertie, and expenses of moving. I think everything is going to start calming down, and we will finally be able to try and get back to a normal life. I'm really surprised at how quickly everything has progressed. To think, just over a month ago I was human. Now I'm a panther that is getting advanced military training. And from what I have seen, all of us anthros move quickly. I'm told Sabrina is on her way to already getting a doctorate, or well an unofficial doctorate. Many of us seem to be learning much quicker and easier then when we were humans, I have a feeling that this rate of growth my prove to be bad for the humans in the long run

We started getting things ready for the move, supposedly it will be a couple months before we can actually relocate. Got to give the humans time to clear out. I'll be glad when we move, housing has already been set up for Sabrina and I. I can't believe it, we are going to have our own house. I figured I wouldn't have a house of my own until I was atleast twenty five, or twenty six, but here I am at sixteen and already getting set up with a house. I don't care if it's big or small, as long as it's a place we can call home. I was finally able to get ahold of my parents, I could hear my mom start to cry when she heard my voice. We had a nice chat for a little while, I learned that our neighbor hood was burned down to destroy what remained of the mist in the area, and everyone was reported to have been killed by the terrorist groups aka us. I learned that they had managed to stay out of the mist, and when they did go into a contaminated area they had on gas masks which protected them. When they asked if I had been exposed to it I had to tell them the truth. What had happened and where I was currently. My mother broke down when she learned that I was now what they called the enemy just a few moments prior. I got to talk to my father aswell. We had a long talk before he said that we would never see each other again unless it was on the battle field. His last words hurt the most though, right before he hung up he said I was no longer his son. His son was dead then hung up. I'm not sure what I felt more of, rage, or sadness that my own father told me that. Did he really hate what I had become so much that he shunned his own son because of it? I don't now, just glad Sabrina was here to comfort me after I got off the phone. Sabrina and I both were now in the same boat, her parents were killed by the humans because they were found with out gas-masks in a contaminated area, and mine disowned me because I was an anthro.

Today was pretty uneventful, couple of skirmishes near the border of our base. Sabrina had to fix up the injured from said skirmish. Luckily it was between a group of anthros that were fighting amongst themselves, so no humans were harmed. We have allowed the human military to get close and set up a perimeter around our base. They are still a couple blocks away but they are mostly there to keep civilians from getting to close. I think they might be afraid that we could still spread the effects that the mist started. Oh well, can't help the ignorant when they don't want to get close enough to learn.
