This card is dusty as i did a lot of resketching. P.J. was an easy subject, so there was no need for practice scribbles. Of course I'd have made a cleaner card had I accustomed myself to the character, but whatever.
Pencil...
The featured pencil is the 'Dapper' (532) from General Pencil Co.
The lettering may be hard to read as the 'Dapper' has a wide top, which means the pencil sits just above the glass top of my picture scanner (also, the name 'Dapper' was cropped as it occurs in the middle of the pencil---I chose to show the ferrule rather than the name).
This ACO was drawn via a 'Zephyr' pencil from Wallace, and delineated via a vintage 'Par-Value' pencil.
Someone who did PJ Funny Bunny's "A Very Cool Easter" was a fan of old eco horror movies or Charles Bronson cause the snow beast and the intro scene looks like it's RIGHT out of "The White Buffalo!" from 1977! https://youtu.be/9N8dIJDswAc That's one of my little pleasures : discovering obscure references in tv shows / movies and this one is quite a find! :D
Love that pencil! I take it it's not sharpened and will stay that way. Also have you ever shown a "Par-Value" pencil cause I don't remember seeing one. :)
