Painful and heartwarming all rolled up into one. It's always hard when you are dealt your first loss, especially at a very young age and when you've tried everything and you think you deserved to win. Collin will move past this... especially when he has a loving father as he does.
Damn, it's been a while since I read Atypical Family. Brings back the memories. Hope to see more of this and the cast (Collin, his father and mate, and his friends).

Yeah... too, too long. I think Collin and his friends would be teens or even full-fledged adults by now lol; although I would think you need to continue where you left off... finishing off his childhood years and onto his tweens.
Would be interested to see things once you hopefully get back into the series. That and I hope to see more pics like these in the future.

This reminds me of what I have heard said; No matter how fast you are, there is always one faster. No matter how strong you are, there is always one stronger. No matter how smart you are, there is always one smarter. No matter how good at anything you are, there is always one better. Since no one can claim to be the world's best, your best is your goal.

Whenever I couldn't win a game, I'd just change my goal to inflict as much damage as possible. Of course, if you play the game just to have fun, then you'll always win.
