Curio was born on the dying world of Radon. His parent's rocketed him to Earth where he was found by a travelling circus who raised him and he became part of the side show. He developed his powers in his adolescence and decided to to become a superhero after saving the trapeze artists from falling when the ropes snaped during a death-defying performance.
